TBG has partnered with a Real Estate client in the Rye, NY area. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Human Resources with daily functions of the HR department including full cycle recruitment, talent management, benefits, payroll and enforcing company policies and practices.


****This is a contract role until January****


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources and previous experience in full cycle recruitment.
  • Prior experience processing payroll and benefits
  • Experience in ADP WFH


Hourly: $30-35
