Currently, Universal Dedicated, Inc. is seeking Route Supervisor candidates for our transportation operation where we directly service a major automotive company in the areaShifts Available:2nd shift: 1:30pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Saturday Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Supervision and monitoring of Company and agency driversEmployee and equipment scheduling, ensuring driver productivityMonitoring customer material flowEnforcing quality and safety compliance, as well as company policies and proceduresCommunicating effectively and accurately to customer and senior managementThe ideal candidate should possess the following:0-3+ years of experience in a dispatching, logistics, manufacturing or distribution environmentBachelor’s Degree preferred but not requiredEffective oral and written communication skillsProblem solving and analytical skillsHigh attention to detailStrong leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast paced environmentStrong work ethic, ability to multitaskA competitive and career oriented mindsetWe offer a competitive base salary and benefits package including major medical, dental, 401K, and vacation in addition to offering upward mobility within the company.
