General ManagerGeneral Managers oversee all aspects of in-store operations, including staffing/scheduling, food safety, inventory/stock ordering, COGS management, cash handling, and brand compliance.The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. General Managers must be self-motivated individuals who have superior leadership skills and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. This is an incredibly rewarding position as you can watch your staff, sales, and store atmosphere grow over time (with a little hard work). This is a Bonus-eligible position that requires excellent availability.Requirements:Ability to work a 40+ hours a weekShould not be opposed to arriving at work between 5-6amAt least 18 years of age, with valid driver license and clean driving recordServSafe certification preferredBasic understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelMust be able to perform, teach, and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper, and Delivery Driver positions, as neededAbility to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the storeOrganize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervisionWilling to coach and task-manage employees on store operationsMust be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shiftsAbility to stand, bend, and reach throughout shiftBenefitsBonuses are paid to General Managers who run their stores effectively and keep COGS and labor percentages within set goal amountsHealth, dental, and vision benefits available (waiting period may apply)First in line to be considered for open Area Manager positionsGeneral Managers may take a meal break whenever they see fitFree MealsCompany IntroductionWe slice our all-natural* meats and fresh veggies in-house every day.
