And offers their employees benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan?Apply with PrideStaff Financial TODAY Apply directly to this ad or call our office at (305) 395-3939.Job DescriptionCompile, prepare, and accurately enter timekeeping and payroll for all departmentsCompute and disburse salaries, deductions, taxes, and other withholdingsPost payroll data and prepare reportsStay updated with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factorsProcess and monitor garnishment orders and other factors that impact payrollspecificationsPrepare all related payroll reports including tax payments, W-2's, child support andgarnishments, and other year-end reports.Update and maintain database regarding salariesAssist in payroll auditsOther clerical duties as neededJob RequirementsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred2+ years payroll experience preferredStrong knowledge of tax and wage lawsStrong attention to detailExcellent data entry skillsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
