Associate Principal, Business OperationsGoogle is seeking an Associate Principal for Business Operations to join our Central Business Operations and Strategy team. This team operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues. You will own workstreams/analyses, and be the expert on key topics/data. You will communicate recommendations to executives and influence strategic decisions by building consensus and mobilizing towards execution.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience or equivalent in management consulting experience at the project lead or managerial level, or equivalent experience in corporate business strategy.Preferred qualifications:Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.5 years of experience in a management consulting firm with a strong performance trajectory.Experience in tech, media, or a telecom company, or education in STEM.Experience in strategy or in a business operations environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
