Our commitment to quality and performance optimization is the reason why our IT Service Projects and New Development Projects have been appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 5, positioning us as one of a handful of elite companies to receive the highest form of third-party validation.ValidaTek is searching for a Network Engineer II who will lead the design and maintenance of scalable networking solutions.In this role, the Network Engineer II will:Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure solutions.Perform advanced troubleshooting and network diagnostics.Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.Mentor junior network engineers.Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must have:5+ years of network experience.Experience designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructuresProven ability to run network diagnostics and identify and resolve network issues.Experience mentoring and providing guidance to more junior network engineers.Proven ability to collaborate with others to support organizational needs.All candidates must have a current Secret clearance.Preferred Certifications: CEH, CFR, Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Sec+ or GSECAll candidates must be DoD 8140 qualified.Education:Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in networking or related field or equivalent work experience.Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
