We’re seeking an exceptional mid-senior level associate to oversee capital markets. 


The ideal candidate will:

.   

  • Lead evaluation, structuring, negotiating and closing credit facilities 
  • Calculate, monitor, and report-in-place and projected financial covenants for financings- for internal and external purposes
  • Help with firm’s capital raising debt and equity
  • Manage loan draw requests and line of credit borrowings on a weekly basis
  • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure proper governance and compliance
  • Help manage banking relationships, and capital requirements
  • Be capable of FP&A analysis, and help with forecasts 



Required skills:


  • A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is preferred (required if you have no work experience in finance)
  • 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience in a finance or consulting role, ideally with experience in debt capital markets transaction experience, liquidity and forecasting, banking and agency ratings and/or corporate finance
  • Ability and experience building systems and processes around complex financial products from the ground up 
  • Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Excellent written and communication skills required
  • Driven, proactive, good listener, collaborative problem-solver, self-motivated and a team-oriented individual; self starter with startup grit and mentality
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information required
  • High ethical standards required
