This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact public projects and advance your career in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Assist the Chief Estimator while independently managing bid preparationPerform quantity takeoffs, pricing, and full trade estimating for ground-up public projectsReview drawings from inception and ensure accurate cost assessmentsCollaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to compile competitive bidsRequirements:6-7+ years of estimating experience in ground-up public and commercial constructionStrong knowledge of all trades in public sector projectsProficiency in estimating software and cost analysis toolsDetail-oriented with excellent analytical and negotiation skillsBenefits:Healthcare Plans401k MatchProfit SharingPTOThis is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing team, working on exciting, large-scale projects across NYC.
