Logistics Analyst, JuniorLocation: Lexington Park, MDITC Defense is looking for a Junior Logistician to support multiple Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) International Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers for Logistics (APML) by providing analysis, coordination, and recommendations regarding the twelve Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements during an international program's life cycle. Experience can be in the areas of International Programs Logistics, Program Analytics and Management, and Information Systems Technology.Responsibilities:Perform Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) studies, analysis, and evaluations for various international programsAddress program requirements in international logistics, devising unique approaches for establishing cooperative support arrangements with U.S. security assistance partnersSupport the efforts and actions of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Leads, utilizing your knowledge of program development and execution to analyze challenging technical and program management problems, recommending insightful and innovative solutionsAssist the Program Office in new business acquisition as well as FMS or Security Cooperation case development, implementation, and follow-on support activitiesProvide analysis support and track program/project status and schedules in support of program officesTrack the implementation of required corrective actions and milestone accomplishments and evaluate progress on a continuing basis to determine problem areas and recommend solutionsAttend Program Management Reviews, Technical Coordination Meetings, conferences, briefings and other significant program activities and events occurring in CONUS and OCONUS, as requiredOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Active Department of Defense Secret or Interim Secret Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree and less than three (3) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition or life cycle managementPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience communicating directly with government and military personnelDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulationsPrior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is highly desired but not requiredWhy work at ITC Defense:Employer Supplemented Health InsuranceEmployer Paid Dental and Vision InsuranceEmployer Paid Life and AD&D Insurance3% Biweekly 401(k) ContributionPaid Time OffTuition and Certification ReimbursementCompetitive Salaries with Performance IncentivesA positive working environment with supportive teammates and leadershipCompensation Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00ITC Defense Corp. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
