cFocus Software seeks a Software Engineer for a contract with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with the Single Family Housing (SFH). Required Qualifications include:Experience with Agile Framework Bachelor's degree with Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM field7 years of experience with: VB.NET, Web Services, SQL Server 2012 (Backend Development), N Tier Development in Windows Environment, XML, PKI Infrastructure experienceMust be able to obtain HUD Security ClearanceDesired Qualifications Include:HUD experienceIntegrated Disbursement & Information System(IDIS Online)HUD Environmental Review Online System(HEROS)CPD Grants Management Process (GMP)Disaster Recovery Grant Reporting (DRGR)Electronic Special Needs Assistance Program System(e-snaps)Title V Property Management System (Title V)Responsibilities Include:Design and develop quality software based on requirementsDevelop and maintain automated unit tests and manual functionality testsPrepare reports on all aspects related to software developmentPeer review the work of other software engineers and provide constructive feedbackParticipate in project meetings including Agile/Scrum grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-upsCollaborate within an agile software development process with software engineers, subject matter experts, and stakeholdersAgile/Scrum software development practicesAzure DevOpsPostgreSQL or SQL and Database OperationsLinux (CentOS, RHEL) and Windows Operating SystemsObject-oriented languages and web development technologiesC#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Material Design, SQL (especially PostGreSQL), Entity Framework, SignalR/WebsocketsDocker and containerized web servicesVisual Studio
