Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of key engagements within the Telecommunications vertical.
This role requires a strong technical background in Java and Microservices, along with extensive experience in stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of application development, DevOps, and operations projects across various technology landscapes, including AWS and Azure cloud services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Serve as the single point of contact for all delivery-related matters with the customer.
Leadership & Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
Daily Management: Work closely with project leads and the customer on a daily basis, reviewing progress, mitigating risks, and driving innovation.
Reporting: Prepare and present status reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, tracking metrics and KPIs to assess project health.
Process Monitoring: Monitor delivery processes across engagements, addressing any gaps and driving continuous improvement.
Growth & Expansion: Identify revenue growth opportunities and expand assigned portfolios.
Solutioning: Lead technical solutioning for RFI and RFP responses, driving innovation and best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support development and address customer needs.
Communication: Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with the customer.
Mandatory Skills:
Delivery Management: 10+ years of experience managing complex projects and ensuring successful delivery.
Stakeholder Management: 10+ years of experience engaging with and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
RFI/RFP Management: 10+ years of experience in responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
Risk Management: 8+ years of experience identifying and mitigating risks in project delivery.
Preferred Skills:
Application Development: 5+ years of experience, with a focus on Java and Microservices.
DevOps: Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
Cloud Knowledge: 8+ years of experience with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
Domain Experience: Experience in the Telecommunications sector is highly preferred.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in technology or project management are a plus.
