Job Details :


  • Will be responsible for conceptualization to implementation of Industrial Automation projects using Articulated Robots and Cobots.
  • Should have experience in weld shop automation and different Weld Processes.
  • Should have knowledge of Industrial Engineering to implement Layout planning, machinery layout, cycle time study, cycle time optimization.
  • Will be responsible for industrial productivity improvement projects, must have a experience in Industrial automation like Robot Cell design, SPM machine building, Conveyors, Positioners and Vision system.
  • Should have experience in Robotics programming, Simulations, PLC/HMI programming and Integration.
  • Should have knowledge on field devices, safety equipment and standards.
  • Lead the project successfully and in a timely manner from inception to deployment and execute a data-driven, Statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Work with vendors on the quotations and assessments.
  • Should have experience in Material flow planning & Material handling projects.
  • Acts as a technical representative with clients, partners, vendors and sub-contractors.
  • Project management experience - deal with vendor in getting quotations from Robot suppliers, asses the quotes, able to understand whether the quotes are high / low / reasonable.
  • Provides periodic reviews and status updates to management and develops and maintains a team environment.
