Your Responsibilities: Provide clinical and administrative support while adhering to company policies and procedures. Perform X-Ray exams, ensuring proper patient positioning for optimal diagnostic quality. Monitor and track X-Ray orders for timely completion and submission. Review X-Ray images for initial assessment by the provider. Manage the cleanliness and functionality of X-Ray equipment and inform the Imaging Director of any issues. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other federal and state guidelines. Assist in triaging patients, recording vitals, and collecting clinical histories. Support the onboarding process for new employees through training and mentorship. Promote a positive work atmosphere through effective communication with colleagues and clients. Other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the clinic. Experience and Qualifications: Current ARRT License (Registered Technologist) and state license in good standing. CPR certification required within 60 days of employment. Experience level varies from 1 to over 7 years depending on the position. Ability to perform essential duties, including possible administration responsibilities for more experienced staff. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
