Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the physical therapy department
Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including those undergoing leg lengthening and spine procedures
Supervise and mentor physical therapy staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in physical therapy
Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of physical therapy programs and services
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of the department
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
Valid state license to practice physical therapy
New graduates with strong leadership qualities and a passion for orthopedics are encouraged to apply
Orthopedic experience is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
