Material Management Specialist I/II/IIIThis position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The work hours for this position are 6:30 am - 3:30 pm M-F.Annual Salary:Level I F20A - $35,000.00 + Full State Employee BenefitsLevel II F20B - $37,625.00 + Full State Employee BenefitsLevel III F20C - $41,387.50 + Full State Employee BenefitsTravel is EXTENSIVE - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.General FunctionPositions in this job family are assigned responsibilities involving the management, from acquisition to disposal, of all supplies and equipment used to support an institution or agency. These responsibilities include procurement, receipt, storage, control, issuance, inventory, and delivery of material.Minimum QualificationsMateriel Management Specialist Level I - No education or experience is required.Materiel Management Specialist Level II - Requirements at this level consist of two years of experience in the receipt, storage, or stock handling work, and issuance of material; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Materiel Management Specialist Level III - Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of three years of experience in receipt, storage, or stock handling work, and issuance of material; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Preference StatementPreference may be given to applicant who has experience in a mail center and/or with courier/package delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesMail Center daily operational dutiesProcesses centralized mailing functionsReceive/distribute daily mailPrint/mail/scan/upload centralized mail itemsPacking and preparing items for shipping/mailCustomer service and general mail center admin duties as assigned.If you have questions, please contact DHS.Careers@okdhs.orgOKDHS is a Fair Chance Employer.This is a position in the Oklahoma Civil Service.Announcement Number: 25-KM249 83002504/JR53365
