Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Specialist/Digital Marketer/Assistant Manager. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms, implementing social media marketing strategies, optimizing social media presence, and carrying out various digital marketing tasks. This role is based in Henderson, NV, with in office and remote work.


As a key member of our social media team, you'll be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts forward. Your responsibilities will include developing content calendars, creating engaging content across various platforms, managing social media advertisements, executing captivating social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.


  • Collaborate on designing and executing captivating social media campaigns
  • Develop meaningful content calendars in advanced
  • Create and share compelling content, including blogs, videos, across social media platforms
  • Setup social media advertisements optimized to the client’s goals
  • Keep a close eye on social media KPI metrics, identifying top-performing ideas and campaigns for future scalability
  • Contribute meaningful feedback on developing campaigns and reports
  • Provide on-location support during events


Qualifications

  • 1-3 Years of leadership experience
  • 1-3 Years of writing and proofreading digital content
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design programs such as Photoshop or Canva
  • Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic
  • Ability to work approximately 40 hours/week
  • High School Graduate or above
  • Video editing experience is a plus
