Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of digital and branding experience in the B2B SaaS industry. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with the grit to get things done, who can contribute to various aspects of our marketing strategy. As a marketing manager at our startup, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, increasing our online presence, and driving user engagement and acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals, including brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, ebooks, infographics, videos, and other collateral that resonate with our target audience and establish us as industry thought leaders.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to drive lead generation and user acquisition.
  • Brand Building: Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity, ensuring that it is reflected in all marketing materials and communication.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture a community around our brand, fostering engagement through social media, forums, and other online platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide product development and marketing efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital and brand marketing, specifically within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to own a budget and work with a team towards ambitious goals.
