Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full stack Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD setup Spring Boot Microservices Azure Angular JS and Java. 8+ year experienced Lead FSE (Java / Spring Boot / Microservices / Angular) + Ability to write their own CI/CD pipelines to deploy the components developed + Exposure to cloud services (Preferably Azure)

Location: Deerfield - IL ( Hybrid)

Work Authorization: You should be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java to ensure robust and efficient software solutions.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure ensuring high availability and performance.

Utilize Angular JS to create dynamic and responsive front-end applications that enhance user experience.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and technical solutions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and future maintenance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve development processes and outcomes.

Provide technical leadership and contribute to the overall architecture and design of the software system.

Qualifications

Possess strong experience in CI/CD setup demonstrating the ability to automate and streamline deployment processes.

Have in-depth knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices with a proven track record of developing scalable applications.

Demonstrate expertise in Azure including cloud architecture deployment and management.

Show proficiency in Angular JS with experience in building dynamic and responsive front-end applications.

Exhibit strong Java programming skills with a focus on developing robust and efficient software solutions.

Have domain experience in Payer understanding the specific requirements and challenges of the industry.

Possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
