Join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of our residents $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS We have recently increased our pay rates Earn between $19 - $20.50 based on experience An additional $1.00 for evening and night shifts Oneida Center Offers: Tuition Reimbursement Program Competitive pay rates based on your experience Additional pay for evening and night shifts Flexible scheduling options for Full-Time or Part-Time positions Opportunities for Career Advancement Two-Tiered Insurance Plan: Medical and Dental Key Responsibilities: Observing and monitoring residents’ conditions Reporting health changes to nursing staff Assisting residents with personal hygiene needs Preparing meal trays and documenting food/fluid intake Feeding residents and providing nutritional supplements Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in residents' spaces Transporting residents within the facility Repositioning bedridden residents to prevent ulcers Ensuring confidentiality of resident and facility information Requirements: Ability to work collaboratively within a team Successful completion of a CNA program Current CNA State Certification Must be in good standing with the State Registry About Oneida Center: Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Utica, New York.
