Required Skills and Experience

* 5-7 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineer Role and Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering)

* Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles in a Manufacturing or Automotive industry

* Experience with machine installation and troubleshooting

* Experience with Process Improvement and Process Flow Analysis

Experience tracking projects and timelines

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

* Experience with AutoCAD

* Experience with an ERP system within manufacturing environment or Epicor Electrical Engineering knowledge
