Apply and come see why our passionate focus makes Reskin so much more than just a wound care companyIncrease your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.JOB DESCRIPTION:Wound Care experience importantMust have clear verbal communication skillsPrior primary care and wound care experience a plusConsults with definitive diagnostic results; maintains accurate recordsReviews medical history, allergies, symptoms, and current medicationsFormulates suitable treatment plansPrescribes medications to patients and provides proper dosage and administration instructionsCompassionate bedside mannerExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWill have a set of scheduled hours with routine and new patients; punctuality is criticalThis position requires travel in your personal vehicle to see patients in their home setting. Mileage is reimbursed.Company reimbursement for successful wound care certification test is available.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANP, AGNP, FNP, ENP, or ACNP)Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programHighly recommended certifications (WCC, CWON, or CWS)One year of direct wound care experienceAt least one year experience as a Nurse PractitionerPrefer experience in Wound Care, Home Care, Emergency Department or Intensive Care UnitsCompany will pay for wound care certification and offer a guaranteed raise upon successful completionMust be able to work independentlyMust be willing to learn and demonstrate the ability to communicate well with family, patients and other team membersJob Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday. No weekend shifts Base pay of $160,000/yr. If wound care certified, the employee could be eligible for a pay raise.
