This is reflected in our competitive offerings to our hires including:Ongoing HR supportCompetitive benefits packages including health, dental, vision, and life insuranceOur very own JLM Rewards incentive programThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate has a proven track record of project engineering and civil construction work.They thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.An individual who will do well in this position is self-oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.Key Responsibilities/SkillsAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing heavy civil projects, including mass earthwork and grading, demolition, and construction estimating.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all project personnel.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.Other duties as assigned by project executive.Perks Of Joining JLMWe offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including health insurance, vision, dental, life, and paid time offCompensation: $40.00 - $85.00 per hourJLM is a DBE-accredited agency specializing in finding world-class talent and managing infrastructure project staffing needs.
