Location: Shops at Woodlake, Kohler, Wisconsin - onsite
Length of Assignment: through late October
Pay: $ 17.00/hr DOE
Hours: 28-30 hours a week
Schedule: 28-30 hrs per week

Thursday– Friday: 10am–6pm
Saturday: 10am–5pm
Sunday: 11am–4pm

Overview:
The Gallery Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the client's Arts/Industry 50th Collective pop-up space at the Shops at Woodlake. This role involves managing the opening and closing procedures, providing exceptional visitor experiences, conducting informative tours, coordinating events, and maintaining the overall visual appeal of the exhibition space.

Responsibilities: • Perform opening and closing duties for the exhibition space, following designated operating hours. • Ensure all guests receive a warm, friendly, and memorable experience upon arrival. • Maintain records of daily and weekly foot traffic, capturing visitor contact information for future follow-up and relationship-building purposes. • Conduct engaging and informative tours of the exhibited art, showcasing the history of the brand and the Arts, and sharing insights about the brand's family. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate event logistics, ensuring seamless experiences for guests. • Manage the schedule of meetings and events utilizing the space, maximizing its utilization. • Maintain high visual standards throughout the entire space, overseeing cleaning services and maintenance.

Organizational Relationships: • Regular interaction with the Director of Commercial Development & Retail. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development, Sustainable Living, and the Chief Sustainable Living Officer. • Liaise with global sales and marketing teams for both internal and external meetings/events. • Coordinate with the brand's Curator and Registrar for exhibition-related matters.

Education and Experience Requirements: • Background in art, art history, gallery retail, gallery docent, or equivalent field. • Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. • Warm, welcoming demeanor with keen attention to detail and a genuine passion for the arts. • Strong organizational and communication abilities. • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends. • Art, Art History, or Design students are encouraged to apply.

Work Mode: • On-site position with flexible hours, including weekends.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 15-17.00/hr . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
