LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) POSITION SUMMARY

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides high-quality care within the defined scope of practice prescribed by the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. They are tasked with specific activities and responsibilities as assigned; they may also delegate duties to others as permitted by their state's practice act. Additionally, the LPN is responsible for patient monitoring as instructed by the HSA, DON, RN, Medical Director, or other healthcare practitioners.

Full-Time, Night Shift

12-Hour Shifts

Every Other Weekend
