You will train and motivate staff to maximize profitability. Responsibilities include managing scheduling, staffing levels, training, inventory, and supporting ongoing staff development to promote a high-performance, service-focused culture. This person should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the beverage operations of Perseid and Augustine Lounge and other activations as applicableTraining & development of bartenders to ensure seamless & luxurious guest servicePurchasing, invoicing, coding, and inventoryManages schedule and payroll for colleaguesCommunicate information to the beverage team giving them the knowledge to be individually empoweredEnsures a welcoming physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the department, including inspecting tabletops, countertops, bar and side stations through floor presenceSupervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance, and conduct of the service teamMonitoring and responding to guest experience opportunities in real-timeAbility to roll out and execute initial training as well as continuing education for colleaguesCoaching in the moment to colleagues for both celebrations and opportunitiesDesigns seasonal/event drink menus for our outletsBased upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision.QualificationsExperience required:High school diploma or equivalent required.
