Island Custom Cabinetry is a high-end custom cabinetry company. Our product is built and finished locally in Riviera Beach, and installed by our in-house team. We take on large and small scopes of work for some of the premier residential estates in Palm Beach and Martin Counties, primarily Palm Beach, Jupiter Island, Wellington, North Palm beach, and Boca Raton.

Because we build true custom cabinetry, each of our projects is unique and demands a careful eye for detail. Every elevation has several section and detail views, schedules are lengthy, and every 1/16" counts. Punctuation and grammar, an eye for page layout, and agility with hardware specifications are critical skill-sets. The craftspeople on our team are perfectionists, and so is our design department.


Drafters must have 3-5 years of experience with each of the following:

- inset cabinetry

- frameless cabinetry

- wall paneling

- high end appliances and integrated panels

- custom millwork designs

- LED lighting layouts

- AutoCAD

- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

- high-end accessory lines such as HAWA, Salice, Blum and Kesseboehmer


Experience with any of the following are desirable but not required:

- carpentry

- wood finishing

- Rhino 3D

- Design Manager software

- CNC drawings

- Spanish speaking

- project management or sales


Candidates able to work on-premises at our new 18,000 square-foot factory in Riviera Beach, are given preference over remote workers. Remote workers will be required to work the same hours as our in-house team for the first six months of employment, so our managers are available to guide them. Reliable transportation to and from work, a spirit of curiosity, ability to work independently and with the team, desire to find solutions to challenges, and excellent communication, are all necessary to join us.
