What You'll Do: Lead and mentor the social media team, guiding them to deliver high-performance campaigns. Oversee the creation of impactful content across all platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand voice and visual identity. Drive collaboration across teams, ensuring every campaign is as integrated as it is engaging. Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering strategic recommendations for social media success. What You Bring: 6-10 years in digital marketing and social media, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to create and lead successful social media strategies, especially within paid media campaigns. A deep understanding of social platforms, from content creation to advanced analytics. Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in pitching new business. A passion for storytelling and crafting content that resonates.
