Manages the global supply process for goods and/or services. Coordinates all activities involved with continuous replenishment of assigned category . Maintains and optimizes ERP system data.

* Resolves conflict, handles complaints and negotiates with others to resolve issues as required

* Works cross-functionally with members of GOJO Supply Chain and external suppliers

* Maintains Procure to Pay system ERP data for information integrity

* Places and maintains purchase orders per vendor confirmations; ensures purchase orders are received and processed by the vendor in a manner timely enough to meet GOJO requirements

* Expedites and pushes out purchase orders in accordance with SAP messages

* Monitors supplier‘s production scheduling process to detect problems

* Quality notifications, resolutions, RTV, VC initiation

* Investigates, resolves and eliminates invoice discrepancies that prohibit payables processing

* Provides component, assembly and artwork specifications to vendors (specifications transfer, BOX files, etc.)

* Communicates future demand requirements to vendors so they can best plan and deliver to meet GOJO requirements. Evaluates ERP exception data for scheduling of Buy Complete and key Sub-assemblies from qualified suppliers to ensure on-time arrival

* Maintains timely and accurate SAP system information as it relates to lead times, purchase order maintenance, delivery dates, releases and lot sizes for assigned items

* Proactively monitors and communicates out capacity and supply constraints

* Participates in various process teams to improve overall work processes or support new product launches (coordination of ‘Phase in/Phase out‘ plans)

* Performs Supplier relationships management in coordination with Global Sourcing Agent

* Manages and communicates material shortages in a timely manner

* Actively manages Excess & Idle and finished goods inventories to minimize adverse cost impact to the organization

* Manages releases against blanket purchase orders

* Expiry management for assigned category

* Ensures Engineering Change Request (ECR) information and critical coding is maintained and entered into system

• 
  
• Associate‘s degree in supply chain management, finance or a related field preferred
  
• In lieu of or with degree minimum three years‘ relevant planning and procurement experience required
  
• APICS certification preferred
  
• SAP Experience is a plus
  
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
