Job description

Carpet Cleaning Technician

Bagnall Services is a leader in the Carpet cleaning industry. We have been cleaning carpet & tile flooring, upholstery, and loose rugs for over 30 years. We have an excellent reputation because of our high-quality work.

A new technician will be thoroughly trained in all applicable cleaning methods and carpet repairs. The company will provide for ongoing industry certification. Training pay is $18.00/Hour. After training Technician will be paid hourly plus commission.

The technician will be given a route of 2 or 3 jobs per day which will involve the cleaning of residential and/or commercial carpets, upholstery, or tile flooring. The technician will occasionally work with other technicians. The technician will operate truck mounted cleaning equipment and, in some cases, portable cleaning machines.

The technician will be expected to work Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month. The technician will be paid an hourly wage plus commission for each job. The company also offers Health and Dental Insurance which is subsidized by the company.

The technician will drive a company vehicle and use company equipment. They will be expected to keep truck clean and well stocked with cleaning products and supplies and be responsible for regular maintenance of the vehicle and truck mounted cleaning machine.

Prospective employee should have a valid drivers license and maintain a good driving record and be willing to take a drug test. Carpet cleaning experience is not necessary.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour as Trainee then hourly plus commission.
