SEO/AIO ManagerWe are looking for a strategic, data-driven SEO/AIO Manager with strong B2B experience to lead search optimization across organic and AI-driven platforms. This role will shape our digital presence, drive qualified traffic, and enhance content performance through advanced analytics and optimization strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement SEO strategies aligned with B2B marketing goals.Optimize site architecture, content, and metadata for search visibility.Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits.AI Optimization (AIO)Stay ahead of AI search trends (e.g., SGE, ChatGPT, Gemini) and optimize content for AI-driven discovery.Collaborate with content teams to ensure semantic relevance for AI search.Content Development & PerformanceCreate and optimize content for thought leadership, product pages, and campaigns.Use analytics to identify gaps and improve content performance.Analytics & ReportingTrack and report SEO/AIO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions).Leverage tools like GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Search Console for insights.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with web, UX, and demand generation teams to implement SEO best practices.Educate stakeholders on SEO/AIO trends and performance.Qualifications5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years in B2B.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Proven success in SEO strategy and execution.Familiarity with AI search technologies and optimization techniques.Strong content development and analytical skills.Proficiency with SEO tools and web analytics platforms.Excellent communication and project management skills.Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO a plus.Experience with AI content generation tools preferred.Job Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Santa Ana, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $197600.00 - $260000.00/yr.
