Senior Finance AssociateThe Senior Finance Associate will provide analytical support to their designated region. This person will be working closely with our Accounting Team in our Enterprise Service Center (ESC) for our financial close as well as our Operations department to assist in budgeting and forecasting. This is a key position that will interact with team members at all levels, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills, and exceptional problem-solving skills.ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. For information about ABM's benefits, visit Employee Benefits | Staff & Management.Compensation: $78,000-$105,000 annually (US Dollars). The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.Essential Functions:Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planningUpdate 12-month forecast quarterlyConduct reports and analysis related to annual budget and quarterly financial metricsReview P&L for variances and advise operations on opportunities for improvementMaintain and report monthly and quarterly operating financial metricsContribute to month-end close process and submit journal entriesSpecial projects and other duties as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required5+ years of experience in finance and accounting is requiredAdvanced working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office productsWorking knowledge of Hyperion SmartView is requiredExperience in Anaplan is preferredAbility to present financial data concisely, utilizing visualizations when necessaryAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely mannerFamiliarity with Balance Sheet and Income StatementsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to take direction from supervisors and aggressively contribute to departmental discussions pertaining to problem-solvingABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
