Finance & Program Management AssociateThe Finance & Program Management Associate serves as a key team player providing financial analysis and strategic planning support to the four pillars of the Digital Health space.Responsibilities:Serves as a strategic partner and liaison to enterprise Finance for departments in the Digital Health areaRecommends and implements process improvements related to strategic governance of resourcesProvides operational assistance for the Digital Health teamProvides financial analysis for administrators, department directors, and others as required, to assist in the efficient and cost-effective operations of Digital HealthAssists in the preparation of operating and capital budget(s) for assigned areasProvides ongoing budget and actual revenue and expense variance analysis to department leadersPrepares operating pro-formas for proposed new services/projects/capital as requiredDevelops and produces monthly Management Reports for delivery to senior leadershipAssists in identifying risks, issues, and opportunitiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or early-stage company FP&A preferredFinancial/operational experience preferredAbility to collaborate and build partnerships across disciplinesStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPointStrong listening skills and the ability to identify clear action itemsHaving a genuine curiosity about how things work and a desire to know the 'Why' behind thingsAptitude for analytical and creative thinking towards problem solvingSelf-starter with a bias to actionBachelor's degree in Finance, STEM, or related fieldExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsLocation: Hybrid, Dallas + Will be onsite one week each monthSchedule: Full Time, M-FBenefits:Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits401(k) savings plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 5%Tuition ReimbursementPTO accrual beginning Day 1Note: Benefits may vary based upon position type and/or levelAs a health care system committed to improving the health of those we serve, we are asking our employees to model the same behaviours that we promote to our patients.
