Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure accountability for daytoday accounting processes
  • Maintain accuracy in financial reporting
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the internal control environment
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external control requirements
  • Delegate and review requests for financial analysis
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting staff
  • Drive engagement and culture within the team
  • Understand and support financial strategies and business performance
  • Lead teams in identifying opportunities for operational improvements

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of direct experience in a leadership role within accounting operations
  • Proven capability in leading and developing individual contributors
  • Experience in managing complex business processes and resolving conflicts
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure timely task delivery and efficient workflows

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field

9. Do you have experience coordinating with colleagues in different locations ensuring seamless collaboration despite geographical barriers.

10. Do you have the ability to drive consistent execution of tasks independently and within team structures prioritizing effectively to manage work efficiently.
