Job Description Temp - PT - Outpatient (Days) Springfield, VT Join our dedicated outpatient physical therapy team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through hands-on care and personalized rehabilitation. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, addressing orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor, pulmonary, and workplace injuries, among others. Required Skills: Current Physical Therapist license in Vermont Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Strong assessment and diagnostic skills for a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions Excellent communication and patient education abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Nice to Have Skills: Experience with gait, balance, and fall prevention programs Knowledge of non-traditional treatment methods Bilingual capabilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred) At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience Prior experience in a similar outpatient clinic setting Other Requirements: Must be able to provide evaluations and treatments including manual techniques and exercises Availability to work 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday, with variable days Willingness to undergo necessary onboarding and orientation No travel or special certifications required beyond state licensing Bring your expertise and compassion to our team to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life.
