- Prepare and compound medications in accordance with prescriptions and elished protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to compounding.
- Perform quality control checks on compounded products to verify accuracy and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of compounding activities and inventory management.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patients unique medication needs.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.
- Knowledge of compounding techniques and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
