*SIGN ON BONUS*

This location is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD)- in either a Part Time or 1099 position.

Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

8-10 days monthly at skilled nursing facilities in the area with potential for additional facilities in Mattoon, Casey, Altamont

KEY RESPONSIBLITITES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
Participation in the care planning process.
Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
Licensed (if required by State)
2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
