Essential Functions

  • MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE.
  • Excellent fundamental comprehension of the real estate environment.
  • MUST know how to write and prepare listing agreements and transaction contracts.
  • MLS experience is essential including uploading listing, comps, research, etc.
  • Schedule and attend inspections as a representative of the agent.
  • Provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the CEO.
  • Maintain and support executive calendar.
  • Complete assigned projects and special assignments.
  • Evaluate and, if necessary, re-design processes, and implement changes.
  • Create, maintain, and update reports and other documents in preparation for meetings.
  • Interface with the Broker of Record to ensure transaction compliance and daily needs of founder.
  • Highest level of customer service, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional time management and works well under pressure.
  • Perform receptionist tasks by answering phones.
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a respectful and professional manner
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter, and confident in your skillset.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's preferred
  • 4+ years in a Real Estate as an agent, or assistant.
  • Demonstrate project management and organizational experience meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate experience communicating across internal and external groups.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), DocuSign, and basic knowledge of using office equipment (Scanners, Copy Machine and Printers).
