Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will:Lead all phases of healthcare and pharma construction projects, typically ranging from $20M - $50M+Oversee project strategy, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk mitigationAct as the primary liaison for clients, owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholdersProvide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field personnelManage all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and schedules, utilizing ProcoreNegotiate subcontractor agreements and maintain strong relationships with trade partnersCollaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to ensure accurate planning and scope alignmentEnsure all construction activities adhere to company safety protocols and operational standardsFacilitate project meetings, drive stakeholder alignment, and deliver consistent executive-level reportingChampion continuous improvement in project execution, team performance, and client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
