Position Details:
As a Licensed Professional Therapist at our Naples campus, you will have the opportunity to provide therapy services utilizing evidence-based practices and be trained to receive additional certifications. Primary functions include:
- Use of evidenced-based practices.
- Engaging children, adolescents, and family members in life-changing therapy.
- Timely compliance with agency trainings.
- Identifying DSM 5-TR Diagnoses.
- Developing and reviewing Treatment Plans.
- Maintaining a manageable caseload based on client needs, frequency of sessions and clinician availability.
- Growing the Children’s Outpatient Continuum of evidence-based services through community engagement, forming connections, and innovating.
- Maintaining documentation requirements in electronic health records.
- Collaborating with the care coordinator when assistance is needed on certain administrative tasks.
- Meet quarterly required billing expectations once a full caseload is achieved.
Requirements to Join Our Elite Outpatient Team:
- Master’s degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Clear/Active FL Therapy License (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW). Licensed Eligible Candidates will be considered if they are on track to become licensed within 3 months of employment.
- Compliance with immunizations
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Ability to pass necessary background checks
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- This position provides compensation for exceeding productivity requirements.
- Stipend applied to salary for the ongoing provision of group services.
