If you have experience in using analytics to make a meaningful impact in an ever-evolving and collaborative environment, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of compensation at Meta.ResponsibilitiesDrive complex, high-risk, and ambiguous compensation projects by collaborating with leaders, cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that advance Meta's position as a market leaderDevelop and implement robust success metrics and governance frameworks to measure program effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvementLead the analysis of complex compensation data, including cost modeling, employee impact analysis, and market intelligence, to inform decision-making and support strategic recommendationsLeverage advanced AI and analytics tools to automate, streamline, and enhance compensation program management and program effectiveness assessmentsDrive adoption of AI-powered solutions to improve data quality, accelerate decision-making, and deliver actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partnersChampion the integration of AI technologies into compensation processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and scale program impact across global teamsContinuously evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms to ensure Meta's compensation programs remain at the forefront of industryCommunicate complex compensation topics with clarity and confidence to leaders and cross-functional partnersMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, data management, or program/project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex initiatives in a global, matrixed environmentProficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau)Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with model building, statistical analysis, and data visualizationExperience influencing and partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholdersEffective communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience with compensation systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce) and advanced Excel/data manipulationDemonstrated experience leveraging AI or advanced analytics tools to drive business outcomesPreferred QualificationsExperience setting strategy and driving adoption of new compensation programs at scaleExperience managing projects with tight deadlines through to completion while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholdersExperience evaluating, implementing, or building AI-supported solutions for HR or compensation processes$147,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefitsIndividual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
