This well-established, Irvine-based brokerage wants to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Assistant to their team.The perks:Salary ranges from $60k-$70k, depending on experience37 hour work weekA fantastic suite of benefits that include health, dental, vision, & life insurance, 401k, and moreCareer growth - this position will lead to more and more opportunities within the companyContinued education offeredKey responsibilities will include:Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to account managers and clientsProcess binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.Give excellent customer service via phone and emailProvide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availabilityWork with internal departments to meet customers' needsQualifications needed to thrive:Active P&C license2-3 years of experience with large commercial accounts at a retail brokerageKnowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight is a plusIn-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency proceduresCompensation / Pay Rate (Up To): $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Per Year
