You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and interact with visitors and staff to provide exceptional customer service. This armed position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a team that values agility, reliability, and integrity.Position Type: FlexPay Rate: $20.90 / HourJob Schedule:DayTimeFri07:00 AM - 11:00 AMWhy Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and/or identification in accordance with site protocols.Report and document any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or hazards observed during patrols or while on post.Collaborate with local authorities and/or emergency personnel if required during incidents or emergencies.Maintain a visible and professional presence while on duty, representing Allied Universal to clients and the public.Participate in site-specific training and ongoing professional development as required for armed patrol posts.Minimum Requirements:Possess an armed guard card or license.Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.Be at least 21 years of age.CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.ClosingAllied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
