Exciting Opportunity:


America’s Auto Auction is looking to add to our growing team. We are looking for an eager, skilled and self-motivated Treasury Analyst to join our successful team. In this position you will be a dedicated member of our team, providing core support to our finance department and auctions.

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for maintaining the Treasury department’s day to day activities. This position will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the banking and merchant card information and ensuring that the company has the correct processes and controls in place with a solid banking structure to support the Company’s operations.


Job Responsibilities:

· The safeguarding and accuracy of cash transactions including monitoring of ACH/Wire transactions

· Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts and bank systems

· Assist with monitoring company cash positions

· Assist in the evaluation of daily liquidity

· Manage the Merchant Card relationship, including user access, rights, reporting and supporting charge disputes

· Support the cash forecasting process

· Work with FP&A on cash planning and forecasting

· Assist with maintaining company card programs including user access, card activity, fraud control and providing monthly cycle closing data for accounting purposes

· Control the issuance and renewal of credit cards

· Manage the daily activities for the company's credit cards

· Implement credit card operations policies and procedures

· Review and process expense reports, verify costs against receipts

· Ensure company expense policy adherence

· Interact with employees across the organization to address and provide training on expense policies and procedures

· Assist with other various Treasury-related projects


Requirements


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related field

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking, public accounting or corporate environment.

· Understanding of financial accounting principles.

· Strong MS Excel skills

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to influence outcomes on complex issues

· Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
