Grounds Worker IJoin our team at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living as a Grounds Worker I, where you will help maintain all exterior areas of the community, ensuring a beautiful and safe environment for our residents.What We Offer:A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision, and valuesMedical, dental, and vision packages, including an annual reimbursement for qualified wellness expenses, personal health coaching, and telemedicine optionsPTO plans, plus company paid volunteer hours for eligible team members, in accordance with applicable state law401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesGrowth Opportunities grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing onesCompensation: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experienceHow You Will Make An Impact:Assist in the maintenance of all lawns, trees, gardens, and shrubberyUpkeep of all exterior areas; including trash removal, weeding, pet stations, dog runs, fencing, etc.Installation and maintenance of exterior signsAssist residents with gardeningAssist in the snow removal of the communityAssistance in the maintenance of all associated equipmentApplication of landscaping chemicalsWhat You Will Need:Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience preferredBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 poundsValid driver's license is required if operating Community vehiclesMust be able to work independentlyAbility to use required equipment and implement all plans formulated by Grounds ManagementMay be required to work a non-standard schedule. In addition, maybe assigned an on-call schedule as neededPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
