Job Title: Advanced Practice Clinician- Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Location: Long Branch, NJ Monmouth and Ocean Counties

Contract: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $65 - $70/ Hour


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments.
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with the care team.
  • Handle advanced care planning.
  • Offer patient and caregiver education.


Requirements:

  • Active state license
  • NP: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing.
  • PA: Accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Board certification (NP or PA).
  • Current DEA licensure.
  • Ability to meet physical job requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination (proof required).


Preferred:

  • 1+ year of clinical experience (long-term care setting preferred)
  • Knowledge of geriatrics and chronic illness.


*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
