The Associate Vice President (AVP), Medicaid Data Strategy & Enablement, is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of technology solutions that advance Medicaid business objectives. This executive role acts as a vital liaison between business operations and Information Technology (IT), ensuring that all solutionsincluding IT-developed applications, Business Managed Solutions (BMS), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)are properly designed, implemented, and governed. The AVP oversees a dedicated Data Visualization and Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting team, transforming Medicaid data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Solution Delivery & PartnershipEnterprise Medicaid Data StrategyData Governance & StewardshipData Culture & LiteracyAI/ML Readiness & InnovationGovernance for Business Managed SolutionsStrategic Partnership with Medicaid Data Integration TeamData Visualization & Business Intelligence ReportingRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field6 or more years of management experienceExperience leading and establishing data governance and executing on a data strategyExperience working for a Health Plan organizationExperience overseeing the lifecycle management of Business Managed Solutions (BMS) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives within an organizationExperience problem solving and consultation within complex environmentsExperience facilitating cross-functional teams' effortsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesMust be able to work EST hoursAbility to travel to Louisville, KY 15%-20% of the timePreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeExperience developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy specific to MedicaidTravel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
