Have your own tools and knowledge of inspection equipment - calipers, micrometers, fixed gauges, etc. Check parts and products to make sure they pass inspection Set up, adjust, and maintain your machine Keep your area safe, clean, and ready to roll Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area. Perform standard and periodic maintenance on equipment. Knowledge of the following equipment is strongly encouraged: Mazak Lathe - QTN-100, QTN-250, QTN-350, QTN-450 - Controls: 640T Nexus, Matrix 2, Smooth EZ Doosan V420T Lathe- Fanuc 18T Manual Lathes The shop doesn't run without you.
