Description : The ideal candidate is a versatile and strategic product leader who can balance business analysis, quality assurance, and project management responsibilities, while driving cross-functional teams toward successful delivery. Define and manage the digital portal product roadmap for agents and insureds, aligned with business goals and stakeholder needs. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize technology upgrades, new features and enhancements across multiple critical path initiatives. Ensure alignment of portal initiatives with overall corporate priorities across the Guidewire ecosystem to maximize impact and efficiency. Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Guidewire platform releases to ensure the portals remain scalable, competitive, and future proof. Serve as Product Owner within Agile/Scrum teams, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog across both maintenance activities and project-based implementations. Leverage the Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Digital Portals) to design, optimize, and enhance agent and policyholder experiences. Partner with IT and third-party vendors to integrate solutions that improve portal functionality and performance. Identify and implement best practices for digital product delivery, governance, and continuous improvement. Ensure that platform enhancements align with business objectives and support company- wide initiatives, including state expansion, line of business expansion, and new distribution channels. Monitor adoption, usage, and performance of digital portals to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and scalability. Collaborate with leadership to ensure overall prioritization of initiatives across the entire Guidewire ecosystem, balancing resources, strategic goals, and business impact. Requirements : Bachelor's degree. 7+ years of digital transformation, product management, or related experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, especially Digital Portals, strongly preferred. Familiarity with Jutro Design Platform. Experience in business analysis, QA practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery within complex technology environments. Strong understanding of P&C insurance operations, including underwriting, billing, claims, and distribution.
