All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.Duties, Responsibilities & OtherCandidate should have 4 years of experience in Wireless Construction.RF background is preferred.Oversee multiple crews performing Wireless cell site construction.Strong knowledge of safety standards, PIM & sweep testing, and closeout documents.Candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.Candidate will be responsible for documentation of daily construction activities.Candidate must be a strong leader with the ability to manage and mentor subordinate staff.Responsible for project scoping, permitting, materials, construction schedules, expenses, quality, safety, and deployment.Responsible for working with subcontractor teams in the field on scheduling and implementation.Attend deployment calls, participate in site walks and customer meetings. Develop correspondence and resolve conflicts.Plan, direct, coordinate and budget all activities associated with the construction and maintenance.Problem solving and analytics will be employed and shared with the team.Mechanical aptitude is desired.Quality control site construction work to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with construction standards, processes, and procedures.Project tracking and closeouts.Maintain internal and client databases, plus project trackers as required to support projects.Provide guidance, best practices and lessons learned to the extended teams.Ability to follow instructions, possess the ability to be trained, mentored and have a positive attitude.Willingness to travel locally. Some field work will be required. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.Education and/or Skills Required:Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma/GED or minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.Ability to understand construction plans, specifications, and procedures.Possess the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently.Work effectively as a team member.Ability to establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders.Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations Required:Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to maintain required certifications.
