STUDIOTWENTYSEVEN IS SEEKING A LOGISTICS COORDINATOR TO LIAISON BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND OUR DESIGNERS, ARTISTS AND BRANDS. WORK CROSS FUNCTIONALLY TO SUPPORT THE SALE TO DELIVERY PROCESS. YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO ENSURE THE CUSTOMERS’ ORDERS ARE FULFILLED AND THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH PAPERWORK, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE, GOVERNANCE, AND IMPORT/EXPORT RELATED PAPERWORK. WHAT YOU’LL DO:


  • SUPPORT OUR SALES TEAM PROVIDING SHIPPING COSTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
  • LIAISING WITH SUPPLIERS AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS VIA EMAIL AND/OR TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION TO SECURE SHIPPING PRICES AND SHIPPING LEAD TIMES.
  • OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY IMPORT AND EXPORT OF ORDERS.
  • KEEP RECORD OF INVOICES AND PAYMENT RECEIPTS.
  • COMPILE ALL SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION (COMMERCIAL INVOICES, PACKING LISTS AND DELIVERY NOTES) AND SEND TO SUPPLIERS AND FREIGHT FORWARDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
  • COMMUNICATE WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS TO UNDERSTAND PRIORITIES AND SCHEDULE WORK.
  • COORDINATE CUSTOMER INTERACTION, HANDLING AND RESOLVING INQUIRIES, COMPLAINTS, AND FEEDBACK
  • ASSIST IN SOLVING AND MANAGING ESCALATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES
  • PERFORM ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS NEEDED TO ACHIEVE BUSINESS OBJECTIVES


REQUIREMENTS:


  • MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • PROFICIENT IN APPLE OS OPERATING SYSTEM, MICROSOFT OFFICE INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK
  • ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE, LEARN QUICKLY AND DEVELOP IN A FAST MOVING, HIGH PRESSUE, INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
  • ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY EXPRESS IDEAS VERBALLY AND NONVERBALLY.
  • DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO IDENTIFY AND UNDERSTAND ISSUES AND MAKE APPROPRIATE DECISIONS.
  • SUPPORT THE COMPANY’S CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROCESS
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH EXCEL SPREADSHEETS
  • EXPERTISE WITH HIGH VOLUME DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
  • PROFICIENT AT MULTITASKING, HIGHLY ORGANIZED AND TEAM PLAYER
  • INTEREST IN LUXURY AND/OR DESIGN INDUSTRY
